My name is Daria Makarova, I am a professional Russian textile artist. I have been making and selling custom stylized dolls since 2001. I graduated with honors from Magnitogorsk State University, with an expertise in textile design. My work was even featured in a local newspapers (Магнитогорский металл) and magasines.

I have experience in creating several different types of dolls (portrait dolls, textile sculpting, etc.). I now create Tilda dolls, each with their own unique design. The design of these dolls loans inspiration from the works of Tatiana Conne (here or here).
